Allow Me to be Your Guide to Ancestral Discovery
My journey has spanned decades, driven by a deep longing to understand where I came from. As a child, I frequently asked relatives about our origins, but no one could give me the answers I was searching for. Who were we? Who was I? The questions only grew more complicated when, at the age of 11, I was uprooted from my extended family in Europe and immigrated to California. It felt as though I had landed on the moon—everything was foreign, and I felt foreign too. I didn’t speak English, and I was left wondering, Who am I in this strange land?
Decades later, my family discovered that the birthplace listed in my mother’s passport wasn’t accurate, which opened the door to exploring my maternal lineage. This revelation reignited my quest for understanding, helping me connect with parts of my identity that had been hidden for years.
For over 30 years, I’ve been an amateur family genealogist, building family trees for friends and for my American family. Alongside this, I have immersed myself in ancestral healing work, studying with Thomas Hübel and completing several ancestral healing certifications. This includes a two-year intensive in Transformation Wisdom Training, becoming a Practice Group Leader, and currently completing the Collective Trauma Facilitator Training, I’m also a Reiki Master, and a life long learner.
Ancestral healing has transformed the core beliefs and habits I inherited—patterns handed down through generations on what felt like a silver tray of dysfunction. Through spaciousness and presence, I have learned to unfreeze the past, integrate it, and honor where I come from. This work has not only deepened my understanding of who I am today but has also contributed to healing that ripples across generations, benefitting both my ancestors and those yet to come.
I now guide others in their own journeys of ancestral discovery, helping them uncover hidden influences, release inherited patterns, and find a deeper sense of belonging and freedom.
